Chocolate Porsche

This Porsche decorated groom cake is covered in marzipan and then sprayed with a light coating of chocolate and decorated with modeling chocolate at the base.

The chocolate Porsche is cast from a chocolate mold in one piece with the wheel openings being cut out with a hot round dough cutter of the appropriate size. The wheels are molded separately and added later, on top of the cake. 

This groom's cake must have been popular as it was "misappropriated" from the event venue under someone's jacket.
