Red pulled sugar roses adorn this fondant draped wedding cake that has been inlaid with red accents.  The inlay was accomplished by rolling the fondant to half its final thickness and applying strips of intensely colored of the same and then sheeting it to its final dimensions needed for draping.  The border is made from plain natural color marzipan, rolled in a thin rope and looped around the base for a simple finishing touch.

The centered style of the pictured stand allows for a simple and elegant wedding cake design.

The red roses are made of pulled sugar and place three to a tier and a single rose serves as a wedding cake topper.
