This plated apple dessert is comprised of an apple wine cream in a hippen masse grape leaf that has been formed into a container.  It is garnished with a grape cluster of poached apple and cranberry wine jelly.

A dessert like this combines the creamy sweetness of the molded wine cream with the crispness of the hippen cookie and tartness of the sauces and fruit.
