Blackberry Blackberries are used in this plated dessert for the mousse filling and for the wine jelly. The jelly is thickened slightly with pectin and garnished with poached blackberries. A mold is used to form the white chocolate container which was decorated with dark chocolate before molding. The cup is secured to plate with melted chocolate and then garnished with a crisp cookie and seasonal fruit to complete the fruit dessert theme. Experimenting with different photo backgrounds is something that led me to this dessert picture backdrop. It is an Egyptian tomb scene illustrating the production of bread in Old Kingdom Period Egypt.
