Marzipan Recipe

Almond Paste
Powdered Sugar
Combine ingredients and mix until evenly distributed in a mixing bowl.
12 oz Glucose Gradually add glucose until ingredients come together in a smooth firm dough.
    Finish by kneading by hand with powdered sugar to keep almond oil from separating out of the mixture.
