White Chocolate Cocoa Butter |
Melt white chocolate and cocoa butter and allow to cool to 90 F. |

Glucose Simple Syrup |
Add ingredients and mix only to incorporate. Pour onto parchment lined sheet pan and cover with plastic wrap. |
| Chill in refrigerator until completely hard. Allow to come to room temperature and mix to a smooth consistency. |
