Christmas Ornaments

The pulled sugar ornaments are being carried in a gingerbread chocolate train ( a mixture of white modeling chocolate and gingerbread spice) and are offset in sparkling crystalline contrast against the mat finish of the chocolate locomotive.

The ornaments are produced as a blown sugar bubble and finished with a single color pulled sugar ribbon and some are "frosted" with granulated sugar.
